Sales Administrator - Lubricants

Are you a dynamic, can-do, self-motivated, multi-tasking individual, who enjoys being challenged? We are seeking such an individual to play a key role supporting our Lubricants sales team.

Job Type: Full-Time


  • Support the sales team with price requests, special orders, proposals, site vets and product cross referencing
  • Under the supervision of our Sales Manager, make targeted phone calls to prospects and current customers, seeking to schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Enter customer ship-to addresses, special pricing and vendor supplements
  • Track vendor supplements to ensure payment from the supplier
  • Process quarterly and annual rebates for customers
  • Assist with the depletion of deadstock inventory items
  • Track and complete bid proposals
  • Mediate conflict in situations where customers are dissatisfied and offer creative solutions
  • Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback; offer resolution if needed
  • Answer inquiries from clients concerning products and their uses
  • Collaborate with our oil, coolant, and DEF suppliers to ensure that accurate pricing and processes are in place


  • Two to three years of Customer Service experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills
  • Cisco Webex or Zoom proficient
  • Data entry & CRM skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Flexible, adaptable, team-oriented with a positive, integrity-driven attitude

Hourly Pay: Commensurate with experience, plus commission
