Junior Sales Representative - Lubricants

We are seeking self-motivated, roll-up-your-sleeves individuals who want to join our Lubricants Sales Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with LITTLE OR NO SALES EXPERIENCE to join a well-established company that is coming off of one of its best years ever. We will put you on the path to becoming a professional sales representative.

Job Type: Full-Time


  • Identify prospects, set appointments, and prepare presentations and proposals
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with prospective customers – on the phone and in person
  • Update customer relationship management database with daily communications, opportunities and tasks
  • Manage a robust and evolving pipeline of prospective customers
  • Achieve minimum weekly, monthly and annual sales goals


  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of sales support, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Basic level Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: $24 per hour during the training period, transitioning to a salary plus uncapped commission program.
