Job Type: Full-Time

• Provides the highest standards of customer service through efficient communication,
  routing, and on time delivery
• Keep up to date with the latest Federal and State regulations to ensure driver
  compliance
• Reviews customer monitors and places order based on utilization
• Analyze delivery equipment to maximize loading capacities
• Ensures all phone calls and emails are handled in a timely professional and courteous
  manner
• Keep the drivers’ uniforms orderly and supplies in stock
• Communicates to the needed departments regarding changes in delivery, routes,
  requests
• Other duties to be assigned

• Minimum 2 years experience as Dispatcher, Route Manager, or similar
• Experienced with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to input data accurately and correctly into Excel spreadsheets
• Customer service skills
• Ability to resolve conflict and solve problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Hourly Pay: Commensurate with experience
