Ten members of the Downs Energy team recently attended a Phillips 66 Lubricants Town Hall Meeting held in Costa Mesa, CA. They were joined by over 120 attendees from four countries who received sales training, technical product information and updates on the Company’s marketing strategy, centered around its dual brand focus – Phillips 66 and Kendall. Costa Mesa was the seventh and final stop for the Phillips 66 team who traveled around the country to connect with their customers.
Phillips began its move towards a dual brand focus in 2016 to better serve its marketers and more importantly, the many and diverse companies that those marketers are selling to.
The town hall meeting we attended was a resounding success and we look forward to applying what we learned to the needs of our customers in the coming weeks.
